IEP Amendments: With and Without a Meeting

This session focuses on the IEP Amendment SOP. The facilitator will review the rationale of the policy: to ensure parents have meaningful participation in IEP amendments and Legacy documentation requirements. This workshop is scenario-based and will allow participants ample opportunity to collaborate and identify when a meeting is required and when a meeting isn’t required to make amendments to an IEP.
