About Course

Health Office Designees are the first line of support for health assistant absences and an integral piece of health office staffing. This course will cover what a designee is, why they are an invaluable component to health office functionality, policy and procedure from selection to training, and how they can best be utilized.

  • 1. Participants will be able to verbalize a minimum of 3 situations where designee coverage is necessary
  • 2. Participants will be able to outline who selects designees and the process of being trained as a designee
