About Course

A huge part of your job as a paraeducator is working with students. It is important to be able to recognize that varying perspectives of diverse learners can have an impact on the way they experience life. Recognizing this is the first step in identifying and using appropriate strategies to help foster learning experiences for diverse learners to help them thrive. In this module, we will discuss characteristics of diverse learners and strategies you can use as a paraeducator.
