About Course

Assessments and data collection are important. They are used to help determine if students are making progress. In this course, we will discuss the different kinds of assessments, the importance of data collection, and how teams use assessments and data to make important decisions to foster student success. We will also talk about the ways you can assist with administering assessments and data collection. 

What Will You Learn?

  • Throughout the training, you will obtain an introduction to the world of special education and the role of the para educator at Legacy Traditional Schools. You will review the paraeducator roles and responsibilities, ethics and professionalism, legal foundations, and confidentiality. Have a great course!
