Legally Defensible Communication

This session will provide best practices focusing on legally defensible communication. You will learn best practices focusing on how to communicate effectively when it comes to special education. In addition, you will learn from your principal peer group how they ensure their special education teams engage in legally defensible communication through their own past experiences.
